Unable to connect to internet or WiFi.

Sometimes users might experience issues related to Internet or WiFi or get error "Failed to load channels".

BlueStacks automatically picks up the internet settings on your PC and works accordingly.

If you are facing any such issue, kindly try the steps mentioned below:

1) Make sure you have a working internet connection. Try launching the default browser under "All Apps" and see if it is working. Refer image below:

2) If the issue continues restart BlueStacks using this URL.

3) If the issue still persists restart your PC. Make sure your system is not running behind any proxy network.
